film "best friends " is a children film , three friends travel together , after it turns out the third is a girl they start journey from chechen , moscow , continues till mumbai , delhi and kashmir to search her mother . its a complete jorney of friendship , happiness , emotions and culture .
after 30 years , a indo russian joint production deal signed between chechen films russia and pen n camera international for 5 films , 2 tv series and films distribution . as well as both the country promoted tourism industry and business .
